These terms govern the WorkTruck Systems SMS program operated by WorkTruck Systems, Queens, NY.

Program description

When you opt in, we send text messages related to your inquiry or account: demo confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and customer support replies.

Opting in

You opt in by submitting a form on worktrucksystems.com that includes your phone number, or by providing your number to us during a sales conversation and agreeing to receive texts.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out & help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@worktrucksystems.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our privacy policy describes how we handle your information. Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
